It wll be the position of my nation that tourists who remain beyond their visa or violate the agreeents of their stay in our lovely state will be conscripted into the citizenry. After a brief incarceration, for re-education purposes, they will serve a mandatory four years in the Sodalisium Armed Forces. They will then enjoy the freedoms and benefits entitled to all Sodalisium citizens.

That's nice, but this is the UN forum. This doesn't sound like it would translate well to international law.

International Incidents would be the correct place for this sort of thing. As it is a international incident(involving two nations) and also shows your nations lack of diplomacy. Realize that if you try this on the wrong person(s) you may find your nation invaded by multiple armys. It would also cause your nations economy to lose money from the tourist of said particular nation(s).

This could however be turned into somekind of UN resolution. I like it, helps security, refugees (maybe?), and immigrants.

your views are highly infringing upon the universal charter of human rights, and therefore is strongly deplored

I believe that you, sir, are the person in violation of human rights here.

Any human being should not die for another nation simply because they missed a flight.

Also, would normal age, height, weight, and fitness restrictions apply to such persons as does to the regular military?
