Please explain.
Within the rule of course.
At this point...for the Mods and things...being somewhat experienced (being in the UN and all for over a year). I guess I need to know more, what's expected from me that I actually don't know?

I seriuosly beleieve that my job is to push their ageda no matter what.
AND i get my last post could (in the the most minimal interpretantion as being "real life" but it actually effected a Nation States region--which supersedes reality.
But it got banned,
As A delegate of New Orleans,,,where we lost 30 players for 28 days...
NOW THAT EFFECTS NATIONSTATES'S GAME...WITHIN THE GAME.
That's a point where a reality effects our world?
But hey rip it.
So I can not proposal a resolution about other regions of the game that might be hampered by "real life".....
Don't you think these an Internet happiness if the Virtual UN help with that Region when they had to ...no play?
To lose a Region because we refuse to believe a region is lost for good...
Is a major fail to our Charter. If you want Human Rights...this is the best that Virtual Human rights gets...
Right?

Being a Delegate for thee different regions at a time--What's really my job?
I'll assume that you mean "three different regions". I'll also assume that you don't mean you have three UN nations and all of them are delegates. Do you mean that New Hamilton is somehow the delegate for three different regions? I'm a bit confused by this.

I see what you mean. The New Orleans region was decimated because the real life City of New Orleans was decimated. The players had no internet access, so their nations died after 28 days. So most of the players in the New Orleans region actually lived in the New Orleans area?

Of course. But we lay in wait...it didn't even effected us. As a NationState Region went into mayhem.
Never crossed our minds...
OOC: George Bush
ICC:
Shameful.
As it is with the OCC
30 NATIONS WENT UNDER. The UN did nothing...and we are talking about a UN Region.
Is that my job...to point that out? Cause if it isn't, I need to resign.

Help build this region. Even if it's a week. Give them hope that there's at least the UN is behind them.
Come on. It's the least you can do.

If a NO player returns to the game, they can contact the game moderators to see if their state can be resurrected. It's not guaranteed, but I believe that people would be willing to be a bit open minded given the scope of the disaster.
Meanwhile, if you want to do something regarding roleplaying the disaster (though remember that what happens IRL does not happen in NationStates), I suggest doing something with the UN IRCO (http://s3.invisionfree.com/UN_Organizations/index.php?showforum=11) talking about the devastation of the NationStates in the New Orleans region.
Also consider the feelings of those who might be somewhat anxious with dealing with this in their real lives on a day-to-day basis, who might not want to also have to face the real-life disaster in their fantasy life.
Consider doing something tastefully in the IRCO forum, and then post to here about a 'call for volunteers' if you like. See what you can do, and stay positive.

I agree with Listeneisse for the most part, and I recommend that you do a roleplay about the Devastation in the NO region. It could be interesting and a nice tribute to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

OOC: My sister lived in Slidell and lost her home, so this is something that my family is dealing with in RL. I don't know how much I would be willing to participate in a roleplay, but I do think it's a nice idea. My thoughts and prayers go out to the people of N.O. (the RL city and the NS region).
