Dear Colleagues,
Why in this day of instant communication does the world still threaten sanctions and war as a solution to every problem faced.
I propose that local area tribunals should be set up to initially talk about solutions with all involved followed by a next step of internationally neutral tribunals before UN involvement (even sanctions) begin.
