- This decision would effect nations of the larger size by a large amount because of the cost to impliment the standards of solar energy into each factory, it is unrealistic and cannot be done due to lack of funds
Second -
- Smaller nations simply do not have the funds to impliment these changes in any way because its economy survives on the original processes of its businesses
Third -
- The time in which these changes would take place is unrealistic for anyone, large or small...with extra funding and a larger time period, this decision may be possible, but we are talking 15 to 20 extra years and an enormous amount of extra government spending for nations who need it
