How do we choose delegates when there is a tie in votes? Usually they stay up all night having a debate about why we should/shouldn't legalize drugs. If they aren't that inventive as a possible delegate then they can move on to discussing gay marriage. The first one to fall asleep loses.

OOC: Let's not confuse the newbies with humour, alright? :p

In the event that two UN nations in the same region tie for the highest number of endorsements, the one who has been in the region longest is given the position.

I just looked at that region, and noticed that the two potential delegates with equal endorsement numbers have endorsed one another. The situation would be solved in a New York minute by whichever one of them dropped his/her endorsement for the other, lol.

This only applies if neither nation was UN Delegate prior to the update. If there is a tie in the votes and one is the UN Delegate, he remains the UN Delegate.

Skytos, you really should have read the Ejected from the UN? Here's why (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=274575) topic in the NS Technical forum. Might have been helpful.
