:confused: first of all, do the things people propose here get added to the game, then one day your country is asked about it in an issue. like the solar panel thing.
2nd, can i declare war on another user somehow? or with the computer? is there ANY need for my military? :mp5: :sniper:

Passed resolutions get coded. That means if, for example, we have a 'Ban Fishing' resolution, your Trout Fishing industry will suffer. So yes, they enter a game.
However, there is no overlap between UN resolutions and issues. You could, in fact, get an issue about something about which there is already a resolution.
As for war, this is something that has to be roleplayed in the NS or II forums. If you don't plan on doing so then you might be less concerned about the impact of resolutions on your military. This (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=357975) may prove useful.
