I have a quick question, how to do elecet a delegate for a region, i mean i have gotten the endoresment but how do u actually get the position? thanks

You not only need to have people endorse you, you need to have more people endorse you than other people have endorsing them for a given region. When this happens (and I believe it may be a part of the processing code so this might take place the next day) you will be the deligate. It's fairly automatic from that point.

If no one else in your region receives an endorsement by the time of the next UN update, you will become your region's delegate. By this, you will receive additional votes on UN legislation (equal to the number of endorsements you carry, plus one), and the power to approve proposals for vote.

But if there are an equally amount of endoresments between u and another country. the higher ranking nation becomes the delegate.
