what are some cool things that you can do when you're a delagate? i know about proposals and resolutions, but what else?

Here is what you get as delegate:
1) The ability to endorse proposals
2) Extra votes on the UN floor.
That's pretty much.....it. Outside that, you get nothing that you couldn't have as a nomal UN member

Also as the delegate for your Region, if your regions founder permits it you can access the regions control and edit the message, eject nations and lock down your region. If the regions founder no longer exists you have total control of that region.
