United Nations Passport
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

Description: This act will enable citizens of any country in the world which is a member of the UN to pass borders using a UN passport.
This can be used when traveling by any means to another country and would render the use of Visa's and permits not-applicable in member states
This passport does NOT entitel the bearer to:
A: Diplomatic immunity
B: Exemption to custom searches
C: Taxes and exice
Enn will never accept this as a resolution, and we do not expect it will receive much other support. What nation would willingly throw open its doors to anyone and everyone (even only those in the UN)? There is no guarantee that a foreign army could not simply walk into Enn and take over, all without technically invading.
In theory, this is an 'okay' proposal. However, Rabetia expects to be given a lot more details.
Technically, how will this passport be safe enough? There will surely be people trying to fake the passport as soon as it's out.
Who will be able to carry one and under what circumstances can we disallow someone to cross our borders regardless of the UN passport? Or is there no chance of doing so?
Seeing that the UN has a lot of member states, the Rabetian gobvernment does not see how this task can be accomplished without major security concerns. We shoukd rather focus on regional passports so that the borders inside of regions are open to most of the citizens.
