You can't repeal a repeal. You just have to vote it in again, somehow.
The UN system of published voting won't be changing. We can't stop you from whining about it, but it's not gonna change.

Ok, then we should stick the ban of chemical weapons on a bill for feeding the hungry or something that can't not pass.
This isn't the US Congress. You can't attach unrelated riders to other bills.
There's an extensive topic on the Rules for Proposals, and other useful articles at the top of this forum. They're labeled "Sticky". Try reading those before you post again, please.
