Compliance Ministry
Laws have been enacted to bring the Community of Jax Knight into compliance with the United Nations resolution "UNCoESB".
Who is this compliance ministry and what do they want??

The Compliance Ministry is the component of the UN that institutes the effects of passed UN resolutions in UN nations. They don't want anything, you are being informed that your nation has been updated to be in compliance with UNCoESB

Over time, as UN Resolutions are passed, the Compliance Ministry will make your government balance on the teeter-totter of these decisions made by the UN community. Something will gain benefit. Something will have to give in its place.
You can watch before a resolution takes effect, and then afterwards.
The same with your domestic policy decisions, but those were choices you actively made.
The Compliance Ministry sends a message to remind you of its activities just so you don't scratch your head as to where a change in your budget and economy might have come from.
