CLIMATE CHANGE PROGRAM - Please approve now.

'ICOP - International Confederation Of Politicians' believes in the importance
of taking domestic action to cut greenhouse gas emissions. "The World needs to press ahead and introduce innovative policies which are sure to have a significant impact.

The 'International Confederation Of Politicians' Climate Change Program was discussed & put together in August 2005. It details how the 'ICOP' plans to deliver its target to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 12.5%, and move towards its domestic goal to cut carbon dioxide emissions by 20% below 1990 levels by 2010.

Action taken in the UK as a trialt hroughout the 1990s has significantly reduced greenhouse gas emissions. The UK Government and the devolved administrations are continuing this positive approach with a substantial programme of integrated policies and measures to:

+ improve business's use of energy.
+ stimulate investment and cut costs.
+ stimulate new, more efficient sources of power
generation.

+ cut emissions from the transport sector.
+ promote better energy efficiency in the domestic sector.
+ improve energy efficiency requirements of the Building
Regulations.

+ continue the fall in emissions form agriculture and
forestry.

+ ensure the public sector takes a leading role.

Quick overview, there are so many branding infractions, it's not funny. Basically, your limitations to branding, I believe, would be limited to having a footnote at the end that says "Written by/Submitted on the behalf of/etc the International Confederation of Politicians". All other references to yourself have to be removed.

Start this line with Believing (it is assumed the authors are stating it as their belief)

What's with the quotation mark? Also would suggest connecting the sentences (or put a semi-colon)

Kill and restart this point

to deliver its target to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 12.5%, and move towards its domestic goal to cut carbon dioxide emissions by 20% below 1990 levels by 2010.

I feel sorry for a nation like DLE, which is currently operating in the 2700s

Action taken in the UK

Unless this is your region, you have a real life infraction here. Remember, NS != RL

as a trialt hroughout the 1990s has significantly reduced greenhouse gas emissions. The UK Government and the devolved administrations are continuing this positive approach with a substantial programme of integrated policies and measures to:

Oh boy

+ improve business's use of energy.

Alright! So my car manufacturing plant can now increase its power usage by 20%?

+ stimulate investment and cut costs.

Huh?

+ stimulate new, more efficient sources of power
generation.

Which does nothing for climate change

+ cut emissions from the transport sector.

Already done in multiple resolutions

+ promote better energy efficiency in the domestic sector.

Good

+ improve energy efficiency requirements of the Building
Regulations.

I like that one

+ continue the fall in emissions form agriculture and
forestry.

....not positive about this one

+ ensure the public sector takes a leading role.

*sighs* Ok
