Description: In this day and age, people have a greater ability to travel than ever before. With this globe-spanning ability however, comes an increased responsiblity to its citizenry. Criminals who seek to ellude justice have merely to flee across an international border to escape prosecution.
Each nation needs the ability to administer justice to their populace, for crimes committed within their sovereign borders, regardless of where the guilty party or parties seek to escape justice.
As such, I propose that all nations facilitate the extradition of suspects fleeing lawful prosecution of the country whose laws they have broken.

Criminals, and persons of interest in criminal acts, must not be allowed to escape justice simply by crossing international borders between two countries that have no formal extradition agreements! Your citizens will be safer if lawbreakers from another country know they will not be able to evade justice by residing in your nation.
