Repeal "Oceanic Waste Dumping"
A proposal to repeal a previously passed resolution

Category: Repeal
Resolution: #34
Proposed by: Civil Unconpliancy

Description: UN Resolution #34: Oceanic Waste Dumping (Category: Environmental; Industry Affected: All Businesses) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: NOTING the need for Enviormental Protection in our world and that
such things as toxic waste can cause numerous health problems if
brought into our water supply.

SHOWING the need for closer obeservation of proposals before they
become resolutions and law.

FURTHER SHOWING the uselessness of having Resolution #34 stated due
to Resolution #35 which assures the same laws and more.

DECLARES Oceanic Wast Dumping, Resolution #34, obsolete, unneeded, and
repealed.
