To all UN Members, Past, Present, and Future...
The School of UN Affairs at The Lemurian University is open yet again! If you're new to the UN, or even an old-timer wanting to know how to improve your ideas for the world, UN Affairs is the perfect course for you!
Throughout the course, we will cover such topics as National Soverignty, Proposal Science, Proposal and Resolution Analysis, and much more! Near the end of the course, the class may attempt to draft a joint proposal to submit to the UN. Details on this have not yet been finalized, but there will be a final project of some sorts.
If you've already taken a portion of this course, you are welcome back! Please contact me to let me know you are still interested, and log in to the University. Your masks should still allow you access to the School.
If you're a new student interested in joining, it's not that hard to do! You need a nation in NationStates and a valid e-mail address. It is recommended that you possess a UN Nation, but it is not required for enrollment. To sign up, go to the Registrar's Office at http://s4.invisionfree.com/Lemuria/index.php?showforum=105. Click on the link to the UN Affairs topic, and post a request to join the class there. YOU MUST have an account on the Lemuria forums in order to be accepted to the class (that's what you need the e-mail for). It's free to sign up and easy to do. Once your application is accepted, it may take up to a few days until you will actually be able to get into the school, but any lessons you might accidentally miss will be easy to make up.
