Although it is understood that such a mechanism exists the enforcement is selective and immunity exists for some.

The People's Republic of Umpoofo proposal the creation of and unanimous support for the Court for crimes against humanity.

The courts jurisdiction shall supersede all other international laws and transcend national boarders.

The People's Republic of Umpoofo propose that no one individual shall enjoy exemption from the courts power.

As a new nation we need your help and endorsements for make such a proposal to the UN.

Thank you.

Useless when roleplayed.

Nice try. Not only would this be voted down due to it violating soverignity, but due to how it's worded, it seems to be an attempt to control non-UN nations as well.

Just as a bit of warning: any UN nation attempting to enforce UN resolutions upon non-UN nations will find itself in a pretty fix, due to the crippled state of it's military.

The Republic of Libertaville vehemently denies support of this Draft.

The Republic of Libertaville finds it's sovereignty the single most important part of it's government, and recognizes the Republic of Libertaville's court systems. By giving one supreme court jurisdiction, you are leading the world into the power of the choice members, and taking away the rights of each sovereign nations courts or assemblies.

This goes against all laws of sovereignty, and the Republic of Libertaville refuses to acknowledge such a hanus act.
