United Nations Resolution #78, needs to be repeal'ed as this is putting the entire world at risk, as we need to be able to have a "Axis Of Evil" but the evil nations should have to be voted in. So I would either like a new resolution to start a "Axis Of Evil" and have the abllity to vote people in OR repeal UN Resolution #78 so a nation can be listed as a "Axis Of Evil"

Why do we need an "axis of evil"?

YOU CAN'T REPEAL A REPEAL. If you want Resolution #1 to be brought back, you have to repass it.

However, the Axis of Evil are not recognized by this United Nations as existing and thus, this resolution would be considered evil - the Axis of Evil are a real life reference, something that is not relevant to Nation States.

Ok - first: estimated amount of support: 20-30%. Estimated support on the boards (depending on how you word it) - 10-30%.

1) Reason why we need a list of "bad nations" (1-5 paragraphs, preamble)
2) Determine who is a bad nation or how a bad nation would be determined (and who would determine it) (list)
3) Indicate actions that should be taken against these "bad nations" (list)

I warn you, however, that I consider it a very low probability that it will actually pass (heck, I think you'd be struggling even with a really good TG campaign to get it into quarom).

I've got some nations to go on that list... As they won't share M&M and popcorn and make me drink Pepsi not Coke when I'm visiting them...
