Basically, an idea that just occured to me, why not form an international, UN run organization for th exploration of space? MT, that is.
Noting that there are many scientific questions with answers in space;
Further noting the extreme ammount of resources available in space;
Also noting that there are many applications of technology that can be developed or used in space to help increase the quality of life;
Sadly admitting that few member nations have the capabilites or resources to tap this well of resources;
Resolved that the United Nations shall form the United Nations Space Agency, a body tasked with the organization, communication, and mutual support of member nation's space programs.
Mind you, I know there's going to have to be more added. For one thing, there's the "...so, how does it work?" but I need help on that.
