A SPECIAL PROPOSAL IS IN NEED OF YOUR APPROVAL...
Proposal is named Nudist on the Run.
If you are tired of seeing 300 pound men running wild with their jewels hanging loose,then it's time to take action. It's time to Approve jail time for the walking flashers and castration for those that jail doesn't fix. Lets bring this moral indecency to an end. (Plus I think it would be great if something like this actualy passed!) Please take your time to review my proposal, it isn't very long and not confusing to read. Thank you.
Description: Our Cities and streets are plauged by the indecency of nudists running rampid on our streets.
This Resolution will cause nudists to pay a hefty fine if caught dangling their goods in public.
Repeated attempts to flash their parts will result in confinement in a state penetentiary for a time of no less than 12 months and no more than 2 years.
Convictions of 5 or more indecent exposures will result in castration of said person and/or permanent surveilance to ensure proper clothing is worn.
Before casting your vote, I ask that you keep this in mind:
When you go to the store or walk the beach do you really want to stand behind a 300 pound man letting loose for all the world to see? It's bad enough he's allowed to wear that skimpy thong...
