This draft has been called into place to recognize that peopel of all nations have the basic human riight of partying down.
The good vibrations coming off all peoples will lead to world peace for sure and less :mp5: / :gundge: / :sniper: .
It will improve quality of work by allowing hardcore sex films and actig ( :fluffle: ) into all work places including the U.N. By doing this :headbang: will be removed.
I hope my fellow U.N. delegates feel the same.
