Through out the many nations of this land there is a mass amount of penguins. This seems ok however when you think of all the people who are starving in the world this becomes a different matter. I am proposing that it be made legal for the farming of penguins for the meat. Due to the fact that penguins breed in very large colonies and lay as many 10 eggs each. The farms would have mass amounts of meat. This would mean the farms cold grow very fast and become a major boost to the economies of the poorer countries who currently struggle.
In addition, the poorer countries would not only have large amounts of meat but also a large supply of oil and skins (which can be made in to clothing such as gloves) to use or to sell to neighboring countries. The legalized farming of penguins for their meat would be a massive boom to those poorer economies.
The poor and starving people who live in these countries will also benefit as due to the mass amounts of meat available it is likely to be sold very cheaply.
Therefore, I propose this act be passed for the legalization of farming penguins for meat in poorer countries. However I am not proposing the mass slaughter of penguins or hunting of penguins in anyway. They are lovely creatures however the breed in mass amounts therefore they eat mass amounts of food such as krill. However as the penguin population continues to grow rapidly there may soon be no krill left so the nice penguins will die slowly and painfully from starvation. I am thinking of them. If you care about penguins please pass this proposal.
