Seriously - what is your resolution? I don't vote on resolutions because of who proposed them (though I do change the style of my criticism if I've taken note of their name before).

Listen - that proposed idea is illegal. You can't restrict membership to the UN - it's a game mechanics issue and it's in the rules: no changes to game mechanics
BTW - you realize that the real life UN has more dictatorships than democracies?
