A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.

Description: This resolution is to

1. Bring down all trade barriers between nations in the same region.

2. Improve trade between regions.

3. Trade barriers can still be held if the product is illegal in the nation involved in that trade.

This will improve the economy of all nations in the world rich or poor.

yeah, i prefer free trade by treaties to sweeping laws. that way the specifics can be sorted out on a case-by-case basis.
