It says, " Laws have been enacted to bring the Holy Empire of Tanzania 1-3 into compliance with the United Nations resolution "Repeal "Elimination of Bio Weapons"". "

Do I have to do something? Or is this just that RPG stuff? Thx

That just lets you know that the resolution at vote passed and your nation's stats have been changed accordingly.
