Oh, and be careful in the UN building. Random experiments with altering physics have caused the space/time the building exists in to become unstable, resulting in beings of madness and chaos to be able to freely roam the halls. That's part of why the security forces tend to drive people insane.
Beyond that, be careful. Some maniac is running around setting delegates on fire.

Welcome, bear in mind that office space is limited here in the building so you probably won't be getting an actual office anytime soon. Your best bet for now is to find an unclaimed spot and stake your claim.
