The Free Land of Maineiacs has submitted a proposal to the U.N. General Assembly to ban discrimination against those with disabilities. Due to carelessness, our proposal failed to mention accessibility in public transportation (lifts for busses, etc.). Is there any way to edit the wording of a proposal?

Ask the mods to delete it and resubmit.
