I can easily see why there is so much malcontent for this bill, I too was a little shaky on voting yes for it. I really agree that we should probably have more important bills on the agenda, and that the term "dolphin" is in one way very general and undefined, yet in another far too specific. What we need is a "Wildlife Protection" bill, an all encompassing proposal to benefit the likes of all animals. However, I did vote for the passage of this resolution. Though it may not be well written and take up valuable time, it is for an honorable cause.
