Biotechnological projects are supported to help further development of our nations. Activities in biotechnology are carried out by responsible scientists dedicated to provide enough technological solutions for increasing crops production with improved quality, for developing new reliable and efficient drugs and vaccines that cure or stop the spread of infectious and or inherited diseasea, and for impmroving the quality of cattle ranch and farming.

Thus not just technology can move forward, but economical benefits of our Nations and the quality of life of our citizens might be increased.

It is not just about standing just for biotechnology development on multinational corporations, but also on non-private and non-government organizations in a strategic integral cooperation among them.

As well as the majority of the Nations that form part of The United Nations, we are conformed by hard-working, intelligent population that FIRMLY BELIEVE on good health care high standards, SUPPORTS Scientific development and RECOGNIZES the general needs of the world to achieve responsible usage of natural resources for human beneffit.

If so, I don't have time to read the whole thing right now, but PLEASE, don't put your name in there. At all. Your nation's name is already plastered on the top of the proposal, you don't need to sign it and use articles like "I" and "We". Sorry, it's just a peeve of mine.

And "Benefits" only has one f. Think it's a typo, but still one to be fixed.
