This belongs in the United Nations forum, not Technical.

First off, I suggest you learn to spell. Then move on to creating a UN proposal. Look through the stickies in the UN forum for guidance.

First off..... i can spell properly..
You spelled "Category" as "Caragory" in the title of your thread. That speaks for itself, but I'm just going to italicize or underline all your other mistakes to make the point clear.
and second of all i do have it in united nations forum not the one u said ...... so leave me alone ..... and stop being mean ... if u have nothing nice to say dont say any thing at all oooor i shalll invade ur country and kick ur backsides....

My advice is threefold:
a) Read the stickies in the forum on proposal writing.
b) Look specifically at the descriptions of each category in the proposal creation list.
c) Don't bother. There's almost zero percent chance you'll get enough support for a proposal involving such stark invasions of national sovereignty, especially considering what I now term as your 'l33t writing skillz'.
