Intervention Leafanistan and Saharistan war
I am Requesting UN intervention to stop Overbears attempt to sell chemical and bilogical weapons in the Leafanistan and Saharistan war. This horrifying idealogy will lead to the death of many civilians if the selling of these weapons goes through.

The UN does not have a military force, nor can it organize one. Thus, it is impossible for the UN as a whole to intervene. Consider making a request in another forum (NS or II) and seeing which nations will assist there.
You are not in the UN, which makes your request somewhat, shall we say, unqualified.
Overbear is though, which means that that nation does not have biological weapons to sell, as the UN gnomes have spirited them all away. An intervention is not necessary (or possible).
Chemical weapons, on the other hand, are not banned in the UN, IIRC.

Black market and illegal trade cannot be stopped by the UN?
You can atleast denounce the current actions of overbear. no wonder, the Un got killed by malita men in somolia.

Learn a little about the game you're playing. This is not the real United Nations, we don't have peacekeepers, I'm fairly certain there is no Somalia (and it is spelled with 2 a's), and despite all of that incorrect information, that was one of the more offensive things I have heard in a long time. You'll find no help here, so go find another organization to bother and this time, learn to spell.

This isn't even a proposal though. This is a request for military help. If the nation wants allies, it should post in II. If it's adamant that it wants UN members, then it should TG UN members. Posting this here is quite inappropriate though.

I don't agree, at least not in principle.
Making a UN request is not unreasonable for a UN member, though in this case that doesn't apply. An appeal to the General Assembly is a reasonable step to take if the action is against international law (ie: UN resolutions), though any actual war should be fought in one of the RP forums. The best way to do it is via an invitation to an existing RP topic, like so:"My nation has been unjustly attacked! Our government has asked me to request the help of you, my fellow UN Ambassadors, in aid against this unprovoked atrocity! This is in violation of <relevant resolution>, and cannot be tolerated.
Please send a military attache to our Embassy in <link to II thread> if you are willing to help. Thank you for your attention."

MyNationGiven that none of that applies here, though, I will lock this thread.
PS: Pojonia, attacks on the poster are not appropriate, and your level of acrimony far outweighs the offenses by the poster. If you have nothing positive to contribute about how to handle this better, maybe you just shouldn't press "Submit".
