Description: What I am proposing is Porn be legal in a way never before. The rules should change. I think that at the age of 16 porn should be available to all who want to view it and not just in mags and movies but on TV as well. It has been proven when young adults and up see pornography that sex crimes lower because there is an outlet for the masses.

Also this law will make it mandatory for anyone selling or making porn to have a license which will cost a minimal fee.

So this law will.

1. Make it legal to make porn for T.V.

2. Make it legal for anyone ages 16 and above to purchase porn.

3.Also anyone caught selling porn to anyone under the age of 16 will face a 100,000 thousand dollar fine and up to 6 months in prison and the right taken away to ever sell porn again. Half the money goes to the gov. and the other half to the porn industry.

4. The license to sell porn will cost 200 a year to make porn will cost 10 thousand a year which will go to local government. They are a billon doller industry they can suck it up.



This is a billon dollar industry I think it's about time the gov of each state get there fair share will doing our civic duty to keep sex crimes low.

Really I just go for this resolution is a bad idea and I will oppose it at every turn!

Well, if it were a halfway decent idea, I'd think about it, but honestly.....This isn't a national matter. If it is illegal in your country, change it...You are the president. If it's illegal in your region....Take steps to change it there, or move.


Not an international matter, therefore I decline to vote for it. I will, however, vote against it, since it is not an international matter.

Also, it makes references to "dollars". Forgive me if I'm just ignorant (I am a somewhat new player), but how would "dollar" be defined? What about nations that use other forms of currency (I use "d0ll4rs", for instance)?

We would not support this issue.

Pornography and the like are an issue for each nation to deal with on its own. A resolution that would force highly conservative nations to allow such activities could be devistating.
