Support "Right to Hate" Resolution

As a socially progressive nation, I proposed a resolution defending the lawful expression of hatred by citizens of member nations. The resolution recognizes that slander, liabel, and discrimination are intolerable crimes, but that lawful expressions of hate like rallies, literature, and public debate are inviolable rights. Seeing the pervasive and frightening influence of political correctness in the UN, I found it necessary to protect my citizens against not only hate crimes, but infringements on freedom of expression.

Next time could you please post the proposal here, otherwise I'll be forced to play this card.
