A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.

Description: Description:
1.Asks for expediting the work Division of Trade Support Services (DTSS) under which will:
a)consist of qualified specialists on economics
b)conduct researches on the economy of the member state,
c)prepare a report per two years, by the guidance of researches for the member states that accepts to coordinate with DTSS which includes:
i.the sectors that the member states have most advantage,
ii.the plans that specify methods can be used to support those sectors to contribute much more to the development of the member states,
d)increase coordination between member states,
e)be supported financially by IMF and World Bank,
2.Further asks all member states to increase their economic stability and strengthen their economy through taking actions including but not limited to:
a)using specialization by the guidance of the reports of DTSS,
b)stabilizing costs like taxes especially on the sectors which member states plan to specialize,
c)increasing the efficiency and decreasing costs of products of finance, communication and transportation sectors to provide better support to all economy by taking actions including:
i.establishing new laws and edicts that increases that decreases the limits against the new firms,
ii.providing financial and informational support to new entrepreneurs in this sector,
iii.increasing the alternative financial support sources such as stock exchange;
iv. increasing the varieties of services on both sectors by supporting alternative and new solutions on both sectors, such as e-commerce,
d)increasing the sustainable continuity and repayment of public debts with the support of the new funds, loans by taking actions including but not limited to:
i.lengthening the term of repayments of the debts by taking new loans with lower interests and longer repayment terms,
ii.decreasing ratio of national debts to their Gross Domestic Product (GDP),
iii.reserving enough amount of foreign exchange and gold;
e)preparing new and more efficient edicts and laws that decrease bureaucracy process,
f)increasing public awareness through mass media on:
i.alternative types of investment including stock market,
ii.the advantages of the member state and the sectors that they are specialized on,
iii.the usage of new technology and new products of the services sector, which are not commonly used, such as e-commerce;
3.Further asks to member states to decrease the amount of illegal trafficking of both legal and illicit commodities by taking actions including but not limited to:
a)increasing securities on all borders,
b)preparing new edicts and law that prosecutes with heavier bans the criminals who are connected with the illegal trafficking of both legal and illicit commodities,
c)increasing the prevalence of liberalization to decrease the causes behind the illegal trafficking,
d)cooperating all member states with each other with the coordination of INTERPOL;
4.Further recommends to increase the international economic cooperation by taking actions including but not limited to:

a)increasing the flow of foreign direct investment developing countries by using specialization,
b)revoking all quotas and decreasing all tariffs in term and plan that will be beneficial for whole global economy,
c)strengthening regional trade agreements;

...as far as I'm aware, there is no: IMF, World Bank, INTERPOL nor indeed a DTSS (unless this proposal founds it, of course)

However, other then that, I like it.

I doubt that one person in a dozen could be bothered to read that. It's extremely unreadable, the way it repeatedly starts a sentence, leaves off to complete it three, four, or five different ways, and leaves off some of those to complete three different ways. If you seriously want people to read and vote for your proposals, it would behoove you to rewrite it in such a way that it can be read without resulting in a metaphorical brain cramp.
