The Witsten Kingdoms

I would like to see the general view of fellow UN members on the matter of the Kyoto Protocol and if applicaple file for a new resoloution to be submitted.
In the view of The Allied States of The Witsten Kingdoms, the The Kyoto protocol is flawed, as the scientific and experimental data it is based on was not obtained in a scientific manner taking in account all factors effecting environment and economic growth.
The Kyoto protocol is harmful to sustainable economic development as the targets set by the Kyoto protocol do not take in account the GDP growth of countries.
The Kyoto protocol is particular discriminatory against low and middle income countries which are currently going through there industrial revolution and in the process of becoming newly industrialised countries they must first increase there economic prosperity before they can start thinking about limiting there emissions
CO2 emissions and temperature are negatively correlated with fatalities from respiratory diseases. Therefore, mandatory limitations on CO2 emissions and fight against “global warming” can not improve state of health. Moreover, they distract public attention and divert limited resources from addressing real problems of health care.
considering these facts, The Allied States of The Witsten Kingdoms would suggest that a new resoloution is implemented allowing for more liberal CO2 emmisions in the intrest of economic advancement.
