How do you un-apply from the UN [pun not intended]? I've made an application but I wish to cancel it.
You should be sent a telegram and an email. Provided you dont click on the link in the email, you aren't a member of the UN. Even if you do click the link, you can still resign from the UNpage of NationStates.
NB: I'm not a mod, and my memory isn't the best, so this may not be quite true.

You will become a member but as soon as you do you can go back to the UN Page and Resign from the UN

Enn was completely correct. You don't join the UN until you click the confirmation link.
