It´s so sucks that people decide about your place.
UN delegate should be banned for ages.
Consider looking for a region in which the UN Delegate or Founder don't clash with your ideals? Barring that, just don't endorse someone for Delegate. In any case, if you feel your proposed change has strong merit and isn't simple venting, bring it up on the Technical forum.
