A resolution to tighten or relax gun control laws.

Description: Gun use should only be outlawed to Criminals.
If a man were to get attacked in his house, what does he have to defend himself, what does he have.A Golf club, a broom, and a plunger, in most nations, self defence injuring is illegal, and killing accidentally, out of the question, what if this person was in a wheelchair, WHAT does he have to defend himself, only a gun would help, and injuring, assuredly.

Description: Step Forward to Capitolistic Goverment.
Most countries have a simple tax system, consumer to Goverment.This new idea will change that.Each year, a survey of all money given to buisneses will be done, deciding the money it must pay to the goverment, the owner also then must choose a tax rate in order to reach it.At the end of each month, the taxes are to be placed in Goverment hands.

First off, you have to go into a lot more detail as to exactly what the resolution is going to do. i.e. Laws will be changed in all member states to allow the ownership and use of handguns for self defence pourposes. A list of what crimes would stop someone from owning a gun. Otherwise nations could enforce gun bans on everyone who ever got a speeding ticket, bounced a check, etc. Post your proposals here BEFORE submitting them and give people time to look them over and comment on them. This allows you to make changes that can drasticlly improve your proposal based off of other people's imput.

Sure, this example is great, but you're gonna need more than that to have a chance at people liking your resolution. Before you submit it, you should debate it here in the forums first, to add any necessary changes suggested by others, rather than submitting it, then debating it.
You're going to need hardcore facts (not including real life issues) to convince everyone that this is a good proposal.
There are always examples and counter-examples of exactly what gun control should be implemented or ignored, so you're really going to have to improve this resolution, or else everyone is going to be skeptical about it.

well genious govenor jeff bush just passed a law in florida saying that you can shoot to kill any one! who steps foot on your property. You shoot thinking someones stealing your car only to figure out they were scratching their bum. Ooops!. My bad! It my god given right to shoot your left wing ass! MY 2nd Ammendemnt! HUK huhuh! Depends on the nation. In mine, they can use a large variety of weapons, some of which require tripod mounting and a few of which require automated targetting systems and to be mounted on the house.
If you think that's bad, keep in mind antiaircraft guns are the latest craze in DLE for shopkeeper protection.

The issue of taxes is always a game mechanics issue unless it is the UN taxing, in which case it is a UN issue (and, depending on what or who the UN is taxing, potentially illegal). In this case, you are wanting to change taxes from one system to another. Considering taxes are determined entirely by game mechanics (with the resulting money you get varying from one calculator to another), there is no way to separate the two. To change that requires changing the code of NS, which means changing game mechanics.

There's a good reason for laws such as this. There have been documented cases of where criminals have broken into peoples houses, fallen down the stairs or had some other accident in the process of the robbery, and then successfully sued the owners for their injuries. It's not uncommon for people who try to defend their homes to get prosicuted. What would you do if you woke up in the middle of the night, walked into the hallway, and saw someone with a ski-mask on sneaking into your children's room? Ask him politely to leave? Your high ideals are nice, but they don't work in the real world.
