RECOGNIZING the diseases (particularly VODAIDS) that has become widespread due to a culture of free, uninhibited sexual activity, and
RECOGNIZING the vague language of Resolution #7 that makes it difficult for the UN member nations to intervene and inquire about sexual activity for medical purposes, and
RECOGNIZING the great community benefits of establishing quarantines for those afflicted with dangerous sexually transmitted diseases,

The UN Delegate from the Militaristic Legions and Plans, and the Ambassador from the Holy Empire of Sidestreamer, seeks to strike from the record and nullify United Nations Resolution #7, titled "Sexual Freedom," for the betterment of our health care and for more effective treatment of sexual diseases.

So, what exactly are you saying? That people must use protection when having sex? Or, you can't sleep with anyone one you like? I think your repeal needs more clarification.

From the resolution you want to repeal:

should not be the concern of the state unless it is neccesary to enquire about the afore mentioned activities for medical reasons

EDIT:
In fact, I'll admit that that resolution was poorly worded. However, if you look carefully, the resolution says these things "should" not be the concern of the state. To _Myopia_'s experts in NSUN law, this means that the resolution is more of a recommendation, a statement of what the UN's ethical position on the matter.
