besides the fact that we already have the UBR, there is so many illegalities in here i cant be bothered sorting them out! especially when whatever isnt covered by the UBR is covered somewhere else, and mentioning a world court, which doesnt exist, and the last attempt to create one got squashed. Ondich, i would suggest you:
a) read through the rules
b) read through the passed resolutions
c) read through this section of the forum
before submitting another proposal

Covered by the Universal Bill of Rights.

Admendment 2 The United Nations shall not infringe on any person's right to bear arms and a soverign nation's right to establish a army.

This isn't going to go over well with certain nations...

Admendment 3 The powers not delegated to the United Nations by the UN constitution are reserved to the nations respectively, or to the people.

This is pretty much a fact and unnecessary to state.

Admendment 4 The United Nations shall not at any time force a soverign nation into alliances against an enemy that poses no threat to that soverign nation.

See above.

Admendment 5 All criminals prosecuted by the world court is granted the right to a speedy trial and public trial, by an impartial jury of the nation or district where the crime was committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the crime and cause of accusation; to be confronted with the witness against the criminal; to have complusory process for obtaining witness in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel of the criminal's defense.

The only international court at this time is the TPP, and this would be an amendment of that, which is illegal by UN rules.

Admendment 6 Execessive bail shall not be required , nor excessive fines imposed , nor cruel and unusal punishment be inflicted on the accused.

Already covered. The Wolfish Convention and a couple others.

Admendment 7 The United Nations shall not commit unreasonable searches or seizures upon a soverign nation or it's people without a warrant given by the world court with a probable cause and a description of the place to be searched and person or things to be seized.

Once again, illegal amendment of the Eon Convention.

Admendment 8 All soverign nations have the right to regulate tariffs and modify trade policies with other countries to benefit their country's jobs and workers. That right shall not be infringed by the United Nations or the WTO(World Trade Organization)

No resolution may limit what the UN may do according to the rules. Also, the WTO doesn't exist in NS, and mentioning it is also illegal.

Admendment 9 All soverign nations have the right to regulate their country's immigration and border control, That right shall not be infringed by the UN or World Court.

This yet-again amends the Eon Convention and tries to limit the UN.

ment 10 [/B] No Solider of The UN, in a time of peace be quartered in a soverign nation without the consent of that nation's government.

The UN has no military. Nor may it ever. Once again, illegal.

once again, the ever-vigilant DLE has come through. however, i thought that TPP was only to deal with genocide, and maybe war crimes

It is. It also happens to be the only international court in existance at this date.

ah yeah. also, this is looking more like an amendmant to a constitution (which i am pretty sure doesnt exsist) than a bill of rights. as far as my understanding, there is no actuall constitution in the UN.

off topic: if that's true DLE, would that have made the ICJ proposal illegal?
