I implore all delegates to ratify this proposal. It will ensure democracy throughout the lands and that peace spreads its wings. It is only right that we grant all those above the age of 18 their right to vote. Let us lift the veil of opression, let us bring the light of democtacy.

We find that there are a great many oppressive democracies and free dictatorsips. The system of selection of government of a nation should not be of concern, as long as those governments rule with the right principles.
And to propose that a single age limit is suitable for all nations will cause a mess. I know of nations in which children become adults at 14, and there are nations whose citizens aren't even human, and so age at very different rates.
