was wondering if there was any nation in the UN who understands the importance of secular government, and the separation of church and state. If, so could you please endorse my nation. thank you.

Not true.... After British Principality asked the same of the UN i telegrammed his nation and invited him to join the Realm so he could get the required endorsements. I may extend the offer to Rational America also. oh wait! you said Usually. that much is true!
