I believe this is covered by other UN resolutions.

It seems rather uselesss, as most if not all of that has been covered already. I see no reason to repeal those resolutions and submit another, on top of the fact that it's illegal due to the fact that you cannot repeal a resolution without actually using a repeal.

It seems that much of this has been copied and pasted from one of the resolutions he/she is trying to repeal. I am quite perplexed.

it updates those resolutions, in fact it increse the age for non working child. and more important it decides there must be a certain salary, right for a resting period for pregnant women(and their husbands too) and in an explicit way it outlaws slavery. and it is a "unique test", more simple.
about the repealing of other resolution, I read other resolutions made so, so i thought it was right.
anyway, if you see all over the world there still exist slavery and exploitation and the only thing you can do is propose a resolution what will you do? just propose a stronger resolution..

Be that as it may, You must first have the resolutions repealed using the correct method. then you can update by having your new resolution passed.

Stating the obsolescence of the actual laws,

moreover the "old laws" are significant, this would be strong. anyway what about if I submit almost the same proposal without the line "repeal bla bla bla..."? so only if it is approved it will be asked for repeal.

Nope - to repeal a resolution, you must find it in the list of passed resolutions and click the link to repeal - in your repeal proposal you may only state the reasons for repealing, you can't implement new measures. To put in new ideas like these, you'd have to repeal separately each of the existing resolutions this messes with, and only once this was done could you pass your own proposal.
