It encourages industry to help provide and build economic infrastructure in poor countries. It sets these underpriveledged nations on the path to employment and economic recovery.
I ask everyone who is thinking of the well being of the poorest countries in the world to please support this proposal.
It's currently on the 10th page of UN resolutions. Titled "Capitalist Manifesto".
I appreciate your support.

It is generally appreciated if you post a copy in the forums.
Category: Free Trade
Strength: Strong
Proposed by: Libertarisberg
Description: This will give businesses as much freedom as possible in competing in the new global market economy. As a result of the passing of this proposal you will see an influx of businesses into the poorest regions of the world therefore building and providing infrastructure to their terrible economies.
The end result will be for a stronger economy for all.

It states what it will do without doing anything. This is just rhetoric that has no action.
Thanks. I think I'll use the term Capitalist Manifesto when referring to resolutions that state what they will do without doing anything.

it's my first resolution. Have just recently found this site. Cut me some slack.
When i post a revised and detailed "Capitalist Manifesto" will i have your support?
It will encourage free trade. No tarrifs. Perhaps tax breaks to help develop 3rd world countries through building an industrial infrastructure within them.
I will work on it.
Will you support it?

Moo Oink Squee Squee. That is what a proposal is assumed to say if the wording of it is not included when it is posted on here. Based on a proposal that said exactly that.
tl;dr
based on our experience with the communist manifesto and the romantic manifesto, the Grand Duchess of YGSM has instructed me to oppose any proposal that contains the word manifesto.
The old bag did not, however, yell me to nuke any nation propossing such a ting.

my appoligies. The wording has been quoted and i will need to provide more specifics. When i do, knowing what the overall theme of the resolution is and will be, will i have your support? I will requote my previous post.

do not let the evils of such doctrines cloud your judgement of my proposal. The overall theme is too uplift 3rd world economies by breaking down trade tarriffs and barriers that make it costly for business to build industrial infrastructure in such devasted regions of the world.

You won't get final answers until you produce a proper text. Have you taken a look at this thread, which offers helpful advice on proposal writing?

I can't myself be enticed to support something that seems very much as though it's pushing privatization and deregulation, as I haven't yet seen it go through with its intended purpose of making things better for people, but I have seen it screw over the little guys and allow people to get richer.
Make it clearer as to what you are supporting here, because that was my closest guess there, and I wouldn't like to have misunderstood your proposal.
Libertarisburg,
I fully support the Capitalist Manifesto. This seems as if it will work in congruence with my pre-proposal, Low Income Communities/Cities.

I agree that clarification is needed. As it is, your proposal seems to say:
Please drive businesses out of your country into poorer countries that can be exploited for cheap labour.

These two are mutually exclusive. You're probably under the impression that my economy will better if I have more trading partners; on the contrary, I have enough trading partners and don't wish to sacrifice my current economy to create any more.
I've already submitted a proposal to ban tarriffs and subsidies, thus increasing the amount of free-trade in the UN. It failed and only got 50 signatures. There are a few other proposals of this type in the UN right now... all failing. I don't think this one's going to get through.
