The member state of Pheta calls for policies to be put into place regarding failure of payment of UN fees. This sort of action cannot continue, Member States should not be allowed to freely take UN membership for granted.
Is this a proposal? Because if it is, it is illegal. It would be a direct reference to the Real World - the United States of America does not exist in NationStates.
If this was simply intended to cause discussion of this matter, then it belongs in General, not the UN.

Read the stickies before making a proposal - as already stated, this proposal is against the rules of the UN here. You can't target specific countries, or apply RL situations.
