for anyone interested please take a look at the proposal entitled ISAD, if you search ISAD under the list of proposals you'll find it readily. I think it's something worth debating don't you?

So you're proposing that an "International Sufferers Awareness Day" be created? I'm not even sure why this is a proposal. So basically, you're legalizing drugs based on the fact that it could help someone in minimizing pain? That could be taken advantage of quite easily, without any further clarification on your part.

Why don't you just propose medical marijuana outright?

I'll support you in it, if you write a decent proposal. I don't have any other windmills I'm actively tilting at right now.

i would be all for the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes, but for us, we would need aproval from 2 independant doctors (i.e: one may be the family doctor, but the other would have to have not known the patient or treating doctor, and have unrestricted access to the case file before cousultation)

The Member State of Pheta is in favour of encouraging medicinal drug use, however, we have already introduced policies in our own state banning drug use from public places.

Pheta is in favour of recreational drug use as long as it does not hinder individuals' ability to work or interact publicly. However, any drugs that are causes to possible injury or are life threatning should be outlawed.
Pawnmania

Pawnmania supports the motives of this resolution, having no drug laws within our own borders. However, we cannot condone stripping other nations of the right to choose their own laws as they see fit. This resolution is an intrusion on national sovreignity, and as such, will be opposed by Pawnmania if it comes to a vote on the floor of the General Assembly.
