After numerous reports of illegal pornography in numerous nations, Hockey Canada has proposed to end all child pornography with an act forcing all suspected pornographers to be investigated for illegal and illicit material. With this, nations will be much safer and children's rights will be much better. The last thing you want is this. So this proposal will be perfect for NS.

I believe what you are suggesting is already covered by The Child Protection Act (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=7029638&postcount=26). Specifically the bits about abuse.

If you have a better idea, you can wrangle it out here in the forums. When it surpasses the existing Resolution you can then try to have it repealed. Then submit the improved resolution for approval and then ratification by all the Members of the UN.
Personally speaking it would want to be a good one to have the Child Protection Act repealed. And giving that getting a resolution approved and passed is notoriously hard, your efforts might be best placed elsewhere.
