Pacific Ocean Gambling Arena
A resolution to legalize or outlaw gambling.

Let me see if I'm understanding this proposal correctly.

First off we build a large buliding on the Pacific Ocean, ok and how do we build on water exactly.

Then any nation who wants to take part in this pays $1,000,000, question: Who gets the money?

Finally all participating nations casinos are required to turn over all of their profits to this Arena to be evenly distirbuted to all participating nations.

I can't see any redeeming qualities in this proposal, approval denied.

The merits (or lack thereof) aside, there's nothing illegal about this proposal.

As much as I like the idea of having all the major gamblers in the world all within the range of an ICBM, I will oppose this.

The venerable Libertarians feel this proposal is unworthy of comment which is in itself a comment regarding this proposal, thus annoying us that we have now commented after saying it was unworthy.

I wear nice pants. :D

Surely five of the most powerful regions of the game might have something to say about this? Or are the opinions of the Pacifics worth nothing?

I happen to value my own opinion more highly, but perhaps I'm somewhat biased. ;)

That's fair enough. Just wanted to give a head's up to The Holy Samurai before the Pacifics unite to turn his/her proposed gambling area into rubble.
