Description: PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
There has always friction between commerce and preserving nature.
Bussiness want's to destroy forrests to mine ore. Nature groups like Green Trees are against it.
The government (if present) is caught in the middle.

NOTING That man kind always used nature as a huge pharmacy to treat al kind of ailments.

THEREFORE There should be an insentive for commerce to preserve nature and at the same time make profit from it.

HOW THIS IS TO BE DONE
This can be done by allowing commerce to use the products nature provides us to extract potential cures for known ailments. If Commerce want's to keep making profits by discovering new medical drugs in plants commerce should share the costs that come with preserving nature.

The only restriction should be that nature may not be completely controled by commerce.

Proposals that restrict free trade should not be submitted as Free Trade. This is an Environmental proposal. It needs to be removed, rewritten and recategorized.

You don't list any specifics. You just gripe about friction between environmentalists and profiteers, then propose a weak solution. Work more on the operative part of the resolution and resubmit.
