can someone please create a proposal to make the playing of pro evolution soccer 4 compulsory to all UN members. My reasons are as follows:

Even though the Ambassador of The Irish Brotherhood agrees that Pro Evo 4 is the greatest football game EVER and that it rocks, I still think its a silly proposal.

I believe the matter would be considered unworthy of the attention of the United Nations by the Secretary-General (OOC: the mods) and summarily dismissed.

As any resolution referencing so-called Real World people, places, or events is de facto illegal, I believe we wouldn't need the "unworthy of the UN's attention" clause in any case.
