Description: UAS (Universal Alert System) is a proposal that works hand-in-hand with "Resolution #64, Tracking Near Earth Objects" and "Resolution #90, Tsunami Warning System" to *patch* any *holes* that these resolutions may not cover.
UAS ENFORCES that a nation with any information regarding a (*1)Disaster in any other nation must *immediately warn the nation about the (*1)Disaster
NOT INCLUDING warlike actions from one nation to another, and leaves that as an optional warning
DISREGARDING (*1)Disasters that are (*2)Small
PROVIDING systems of *emergency communication with other nations to nations that do not have them
